HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT
We are looking for a HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT.
Key Accountabilities:
- In Charge of the recruitment of New staff;
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas;
- Introduce company profile /policy/rules to new staff;
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff;
- Record staff attendance;
- Follow up and record staff Performance;
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests;
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity;
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews;
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Execute all the tasks asked by the Management of 3C HUB.
Qualifications and Experience:
- HND/BACHELOR in Human Resource Management /Law/Administration;
- 1 year Experience in a relevant Position as a Human resource Assistant ;
- Familiar with Office Suits especially Excel
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

- Open minded , smart , and responsible Person,
- Ability to solve new problem;
- Good communication skills;
- A dynamic person;
- Organization, rigor, ability to work under pressure.
