Job Title: Business Development Manager (Fully Remote)
Department: Business Development
Location: Remote (Global)
Reporting to: Head of Business Development
 
Role Overview
As our Business Development Manager, you will be a key architect of our gth strategy in the decentralized economy. This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world while driving high-impact alliances with Tier-1 Web3 projects, VCs, and institutional clients.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and close high-value B2B deals within the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Sales Lifecycle: Manage the full funnel, from lead generation to contract execution.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of DeFi and blockchain trends to identify new gth opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align client needs with our technical roadmap in coordination with Product teams.
  • Global Networking: Represent the company at major industry events and build senior-level relationships.
 
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales or business development.
  • Web3 Native: Deep understanding of blockchain protocols and an existing network in the ecosystem.
  • Performance: Track record of closing enterprise deals and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to manage remote stakeholders effectively.
 
Compensation & Benefits
  • Initial Period: For the first 3 months (after training), the salary package is paid in native tokens.
  • Post-Training: From Month 3 onwards, the compensation will follow the structure agreed upon during hiring.
  • Annual Salary Range: 1,200,000 FCFA to 10,000,000 FCFA per year or the equivalent in native token, depending on experience and suitability.
  • Flexibility: Work from any location in a fully remote setup.
 
Mandatory Physical Meetups & Interviews
While the day-to-day work is remote, our culture relies on strong physical connections:
  • Annual Meetups: This role entails at least two mandatory physical meetups per year in our key hubs: Douala, Stockholm, and Berlin.
  • Hiring Finalization: Successful candidates from the virtual rounds will be scheduled for a physical interview in Douala during the second half of March 2026.
